Synagogue Organizes Fundraiser for Palestinian Student Facing Deportation in Montpelier

Hundreds of Vermonters filled the Unitarian Church of Montpelier on August 9 for a fundraiser supporting Mohsen’s legal defense, organized by the Social Action Committee of Beth Jacob Synagogue in partnership with the church. The event raised more than $138,000 toward a $250,000 goal.
